Fun and designed for a good, safe workout for people of all abilities. In the water, participants with joint or back issues can move easily allowing for a full range of motion.

FAQs

  • How many people per class?

    I typially limit to 5 people in a group lesson. This allows the coach to focus on each kid and still be able to teach in a group settings. If your kids is new to swim, we do not recommend group classes
